that does all the work , especially behind the scenes.

ie organising websites , tts, racing , tours , etc.

Im looking for a trophy or plaque

I was thinking of carved 3d plaque of cyclist on the finishing line/ hands in the air.

any ideas?

You know what keeps those type of people going late at night when they're organizing bib numbers, listening to droning phone calls from other club members, sitting through another city council meeting, etc? Liquor and an intense amount of self-hatred. ....or crack. There's always crack I guess.
