I need a spoke for this old Rolf wheel

And I cannot for the life of me find any. My LBS can't get one nor any of my local experts. It's an older Rolf tubular wheel set but has no markings to indicate a model or anything. The spoke is bladed about 1.5mm wide and 11.5inches or 292mm long. I'm guessing since it's a tubular and has Ti bits on it then it was probably one of their better offerings at the time. It's Shimano 9-speed so I'm guessing again these are early to mid 2000.

Here are some pics. If anyone knows where to order these please let me know.

Get a decent caliper and measure BOTH dimensions of the cross section.
Go to the various spoke maker websites and find the best match.
"about 1.5mm wide" type measurements aren't going to cut it.

Looks a lot like a DT Aerolite to me, at the very least it should be close enough to work just fine with the rest of the spokes in the wheel.

DT and Sapim both make bladed spokes. If you are going to order from the LBS, make sure to order extras- they will likely have to order a box, and that may be the issue. Any bike shop worth a damn should be able to get these for you if they don't have any kicking around. If they tell you they cant, don't go back there. If you order online, you will likely have to order a box anyway, but if you like the wheels, you will likely have to respoke it at some point.

I will definitely measure very accurately tonight but it looks like I can buy individual ones here, given that these are the spokes:

DT Swiss Aerolite Bike Spoke 296mm 14 Gauge / 2.0mm Black Single Bikewagon

In your 1st post, you stated "about 1.5mm wide".
For a round spoke, 1.5mm is about as thin as you find.
Since width is greater than thickness, you really need someway of making ACCURATE measurements.
DT lists 4 different "aero" spokes. Why would you assume that one is the correct one? Based on your "measurement" of 1.5mm vs .9mmX2.3mm, it couldn't be.

RolfPrima don't support Rolf (Trek) wheels, it quite clear on their site FAQ ? Rolf Prima Wheel Systems

For the spoke, as others have noted, it's just a DT bladed spoke, why not just take another out (from the same side) and measure that? no reason why it couldn't be substituted by a Sapim bladed spoke.

I carefully measured and this one is definitely the spoke at 286mm length: DT Swiss - DT new aero

I found a supplier in the UK but does anyone know where I can get these in the US? Internet search is not very helpful so I am assuming they are a Legacy spoke.

Thanks again for the help.

Hub looks like a Rolf Vector.
Spoke appears to be a Sapim.

I have a set on my 01 Lemond. 9 Sp Ultegra.

Yup Vector Pro's. I have a Vector Comp wheel that was trashed but the hub is different and the spokes are traditional nipple design where as these use the internal nut, which is a dumb idea imho but it is what it is. So the old Comp spokes won't work.
