Now, I hate to be "that guy", but your saddle needs to be moved up about 6 inches (estimate may be wildly inaccurate but it definitely needs to go "up").
6 inches?

This is a lovely bicycle. We have a very large dirt/gravel road contingent in my area and they always look to be having fun. Have fun on your new lovely bicycle.

in Wattsup vs. dr_liha arguments … tallbikeman wins.

yup. The Giant anyroad isnt designed for the looks. Its for its comfort in any roads.

Wattsup's higher degreed stem adds more comfort and safety. The position is an englishman's and its somewhat superior.

They discontinued the Anyroad in most markets, right? In favor of the Toughroad GX SLR and the Revolt I guess, but that US-centric dropbar Toughroad seems to be suffering from COVID supply problems (or something) because there are no 2021 models to be seen. Countries other than the US have 2021 flatbar Toughroad SLX models, but even Australia--the original Toughroad market--doesn't have a Toughroad 0 this year. Leaving the US market without a dropbar adventure bike like the Anyroad for 2021 seems to be a crazy oversight, but new bikes are in tight supply right now; it's not the year to be buying a new bike if you can avoid it.

It sure as hell isn't going to make you faster around turns with all that weight over the front. Or faster from an endurance perspective.

I dont understand how you can possibly know someone's leg length by just looking at how their bike is set up.

Setting up the saddle and handlebar length is dependent on what the rider in question finds comfortable according to his needs, not what you think the bike is supposed to look without the damn rider on it.

I dont feel comfortable on a bike with the seat higher than the handlebars and I definetely don't feel like it helps with performance in any way. Your handlebars are supposed to be at the same height or higher for the frame to be deemed a comfortable fit for you.

If you genuinely like the way the bike feels with the seat several inches above the handlebars, good for you. But it doesn't change the fact that youre not riding the right size bike. In this case, OP picked a good fitting bike for himself.

Those heavily triggering saddle height comments were made four (4) years ago; it's something of a zombie thread.
