looking to trade my geared TREK 930 Singletrack for a SS 29er.

nice bike, discovered i don't really care about gears off-road.
frame handmade in the USA. i think true temper steel, not sure. also not sure on sizing, bike is not with me atmo. probably about 18".
rock shox judy fork (also i think).
ti bars and seatpost.
suntour xc PRO thumbies

sram shifting bits, sugino cranks, awesome tires.
Wheels are shimano XTR in great shape.
very interested in trade for Singlespeed 29er, especially if fixed-capable.

I have this 19" aluminum Hard Rock frame:

The steerer tube on the Rock Shox fork was just a little too short for the head tube of the Specialized frame, so I decided to put the project on ice. The frame and the fork are both available. The fork is a Rock Shox Judy with a 115mm threadless steerer.

I will trade for road parts or a longer fork.

2004 Fox Talas R.
externally adjustable from 80-125 mm travel
air spring.
Talas side was rebuilt aprox 150 miles ago, and damper oil changed 100 miles ago.
This is a great old fork.
Had its share of use over the past 6 years but with any Fox Fork yearly maintenance keeps it buttery smooth the whole way down.
Steer tube 7 3/16
3lbs 14.8 ounces on my scale.

trade for a wheelset
PM me!

Want:

170mm left crank arm, black, similar to or compatible with what came with an '06 Trek 4300. Square taper. The original left arm wasn't tightened properly from stock, so it wallowed out. I replaced the crankset with something nicer made by Sugino, but wouldn't mind getting a replacement part if someone has it, for spares.

Have:

Stock seatpost from my '01 Schwinn Mesa GSX. I think it's a 26.8mm post, I would have to measure it to know the length. It's shorter than the Bontrager post I swapped it for.

I realize that the chances of someone having that exact crank arm and wanting that exact post are rather slim, so if you need anything else let me know and I can scrounge the parts bin, I know there's more stuff in there.

Have:
Scott clip on aerobars
21.1mm x 8.25" Stem Riser
White Bontrager Gel Bar Tape
Selle Italia Tri-Matic Bianchi Saddle
Look Delta Style Pedals
Probably some other stuff, primarily road stuff, or $.

Most of the stuff is in well used, good condition. The bar tape is new in box. The stem riser is pretty much new. I mounted it, but decided I didn't like it on that bike before I ever rode it.

Want:
26" MTB suspension or rigid fork with 1 1/8 steer tube. Would prefer threaded and cantilever brake ready, but will consider threadless or v brake ready. I might also consider a 700c cross fork.
Depending on the fork, a threadless headset, v brake, v brake lever, and threadless stem.
Double sided MTB clipless pedals. Prefer SPD or Crank Bros.
Other MTB, road, or cross parts.
Cycling related tools.

Have: Ritchey Rizer bars, 6061 alloy, heavy with really thick walls. I guess they're downhill bars? Dunno. Black, 25.4, 660 mm.
Stem that goes with them. No name whatever. Black, short.
RSX/alivio 7 speed trigger shifters.
Oury lock on grips
San marco turbo saddle sans cover. Good for restoration.

Want:
Tools. Bike tools other than chain tool and spoke/cone wrenches.
Tubes - 700x23 or 26x2 or 700x30
XC tires. Light, under 600g.
Colorful parts for a mountain bike. You know, little anodized whatevers.
