The only way they could have "spammed" you is if you signed up in the first place. They haven't bought any lists and don't send unsolicited materials. Since they just changed to that name today and launched their website (was previously ShareRoller) if this was something you received before today, it was not them. You may have them comfused with some similar sounding company.

Can't remember requesting anything from ShareRoller, but they sent emails. Opened "oneroller"; nothing of interest for me.

Well their site is obnoxious. There’s a stupid changing picture near the top with one gap thrown into the loop that causes all of the text below it(basically the whole page) to jump up every second or two. Closed immediately.
