Waterford Track 1700

saw a listing on CL sf bay area...dropouts dont look like i would expect; i would also expect waterford to put a stamp on crown fork, BB maybe? Am i missing something here? I dont know enough about these bikes...sorry For no link, cant seem to make it work on my cell device

Those track ends are same on my '99 Waterford 1700.
Can't post link, but it's the one on PedalRoom that has been repainted grey by Ben Falcon.
