Maxxis DTR-1 650x47b tubeless??

Okay. Can't seem to get an answer on this one. My wife got her first flat on this tire on her Cannondale Treadwell. This tire seems to be tubeless, very tight bead but had a tube. Would like to go tubeless if designed to. Anyone know??

Take the tube out, add tubeless tape, seat the bead, and then add sealant and air.

Thanks.I do know the tubeless procedure but want to know if this tire is actually tubeless? You have knowledge it is? Someone told me it would have tubeles or tubeless ready on the sidewall if it was. It does not.

No I did not and am just using tubes for a year now. All good. Let me know if you have better luck than I!
