How to remove bolts frame?

Hello,

I'm trying to stop off the bike but I can't remove this bolt. Does anyone know how to?

Thanks

Screwdriver on the screwhead inside the dropout twist the silver bit on the other end off with your hand or maybe pliers then remove.

First drip penetrating oil on the exposed threads to loosen the rust and allow the bolt to unscrew.

and hope that the knob and/or screw threads aren't permanently rusted in place... it happens quite often!

repainting the bike ? slip some thin walled fuel or vacuum line over both ends, then seal the ends of the tubing with a SMALL zip tie on the end over the threads... plug the open ends with whatever,,, a screw, bolt, golf tees.... then paint away.

I would not back that screw out. The remaining threads are fubar'd and will do the same to the drop out when attempting to back it out. If you haven't forced it by this time, I would cut off the head, cut a slot on the remaining shank of the screw with a hack saw, then run the screw in and through the dropout using a small flat blade screwdriver.
