Raliegh DL-1 Pump GRRR

Halp Please!!

My front tyre needs air and i can't figure out the pump that came with it...Its the original tubes so those "European" Presta valves?? I'd really like to ride my bike today too..

Pictorial tutorial would be bonus too

It's a normal Schrader; second picture shows it open, ready for filling. The cap is shaped that way so you can replace the valve core.

I totally apologize for being a pain but I have a topeak road morph pump and the shraeder fitting on it is too small for the valve on the bike I feel even more inept now

Assuming you have the same pump as I do:
1. Pull out the green hose.
2. Thread the SMALL fitting into the opposite end of the pump.
3. Thread the LARGE fitting onto the valve stem.
4. Pump!

It is possible that you pump is configured for presta valves presently. Usually, the pump manufacturer will have instruction on flipping the rubber compression bushing at the pump end to accomodate the larger diameter Schraeder type valve. Unscrew the cover at the pump valve and see if you can flip the bushing.

Also, you should really try to align the stem so it comes straight out of the rim, not at an angle. Do that before you inflate the tire.
