Easy 40 miles today with my ride partner. She did very well and we managed a slow 15.6. Not bad figuring it was cold and breezy.

Puts me at 100 for the month so far.

My weather has gone to total crap, just as I feared so my goal is in jeopardy and I refuse to count indoor miles. We have more snow, got 11+ over the weekend, coming and single digit high come Sunday. May be a long month.

I'm having to switch up between trainer and road due to weather and time constraints with work. I'm in a group on strava that is "2019 miles in 2019" so at least 168.25 a month. Gonna due more though. Hope to shoot for the numbers you go do but time will dictate that.

Indoor or outdoor.....miles is miles. The trainer miles don't have hills or varying terrain but if you stop, it stops so it's a constant burn. The outdoor miles have rest periods, hills etc, but have varying terrain. I used to discount trainer miles but lately, been doing some hella interval workouts when it's pouring outside.

1/12 - 18.5 Windy
1/15 - 23.8 Chilly
1/16 - 25.6 Windy (I'm starting to see a trend)

Goal is looking doable. I was hoping to do a group ride tomorrow but it will be too cold, so guess I'll have to get the trainer out. Yuck.
