Such cool collection of new acquisitions! And @MiloFrance, you got me beat on bulk quantity, my biggest single purchase was only 5 bikes at once And the quality on yours was considerably higher, too.

I was only going to post photos of 8 of them. It doesn't feel like it's my place to publish the 9th!?

Well, 4 of them (if you include miniracer which I wasn't sure about until I saw the bike in person) already had homes to go to, so we can probably call it evens

Thanks. In due time, when gussied up, she'll be out there. Appreciate it greatly. Huge thing you're doing.

7 of 9

Actually 7th of 8 as the 9th of this haul won't be put on this thread. Nicely equipped and although you can see its done a few kms, pretty good condition. I really want to put those bars on something and try them out!

And finally...
Look KG56 Gen 4. Very nice, if well used, like the Vitus. Pretty much full 105 set, with the slightly gold coloured finish.Looks like the DA seat post is stuck, and I think it's an aluminium lug with the carbon bonded in, so no lye going anywhere near it!

None of the 8 are really show bikes, but all look well ridden and looked after. The components are a bit mix and match in places, and for one reason or another the Vitus has a carbon Specialized badged fork. Either way, the trip was very much worthwhile! I'll be sending M. Lennoz a couple of updates in the post as he has no email, along with the miniracer pic. If I get time for fettling tonight I'll be out on the RacingBik tomorrow. Have a great weekend.
Milo.
In France.

Evening all. Summer work has started and I'm behind on everything! One of the 9 made it in to GMBN tech news! I used to work in my LBS with Fin, the owner of the shiny Manitou. 15:50 in to the vid:

That first shot of the car and all the bikes resembles a team car from the TdF to me. Nice packing and cool bikes. Thanks for sharing OP.

You Europeans get all the cool sport sedan based station wagons, which are the perfect bike haulers. We yanks get only sedans and too-tall SUVs.
