Forgot the rest of the text... So does anyone know what that decal says? Looks like DITOUR to me but I can't find anything else about it. Tube set is Oria TT09.

No help here, sorry. But I seem to be hypnotized by that BB shell. It looks high-end, other than those "ears" that bend down over the cable grooves. It just makes it look cheap & classy, at the same time. 🤔😁

Nothing Pinarello like on it except the stem. Was hoping someone could proffer an opinion on the serial number (and the '8' next to it) and the seatstay treatment?

So, more research later, it's possible that they were made by Pinarello? There is the pic below of a seat cluster on a Stelvio very similar, and although it's not an unusual finishing, the other company I thought might be a possibility Razesa don't finish like that at all.
What's more, that same Stelvio has the layout of the serial numbers in the same format as this banana:

Oria TT09 was a plain gauge 0.9mm tubeset that goes back to at least 1988. This would suggest a lower mid-range model, which would be consistent with the lack of chrome on the frame itself and other cost concessions, such as the stamped seat lug, though curiously, it has a front derailleur braze-on.
I'm seeing a mix of mostly 1990s Shimano parts. The part most likely to be OEM is the headset and it has a nylon cover for the upper cone, indicating no better than 105SC. Shimano didn't produce braze-on front derailleurs for below RX100. The derailleurs and brifters appear to be RX100, though the crankset is definitely 600 Ultegra. I'm not sure if this was built from a frameset or frankenbiked, though other internet entries suggest these were offered as framesets via the French distributor. One source claims circa 1991-1993. Some posts mention Italian BB threading, suggesting they were sourced from Italy. FWIW, the serial number format is consistent with what is seen on 1980s Pinarello.

Thanks T-mar. The previous owner did indeed buy it as a frameset when he lived in Spain. Apparently from banesto themselves although who knows. Some of the oria tubeset seem to be very popular particularly it seems with Indurain when he was riding for banesto sponsored by Razesa. As for the serial number format the blue pinarello has a 6 and from the photos looks like a 56cm where's mine has an 8 and is a 58cm. I wouldn't take it to court but it's not a bad start!
