Has anyone heard of: https://www.securebikebets.com? They have great low prices and ship internationally. I just emailed them and they replied:

Sounds like a scam. And given the destruction of the english language in that message I doubt they're in the UK. I'd stay far far away from that one, doesn't pass the sniff test for me.

Edit.. They've been in business a month. Or at least only owned the domain that long.

Scam. Keep away.
Another giveaway is that they want Western Union money transfers; send money that way and you will never see them again, nor receive the product.
The probably already sold your email address to spammers too.

Thanks for your wisdom! Your answers confirmed what my intuition was saying. Plus any company who does not own its own email address and uses a 'free' yahoo account is suspect.

You'll get a kick out of what I just wrote to them:

Dear Gladys,

Sounds good! As luck would have it, my brother and his associates will be in London on Wednesday. So they will visit your office to make multiple purchases!!

Dahon was notified. The scammers responded:

We are very sorry, we don't accept pick up for first time customers due to security reason.

We can ship to your door step.....via fedex international just 48hrs to your door step and full track # will be given to you to enable you track your goods until it get to you.
