Perfect condition maybe $200-225
Average to poor $60- $125.
Not a Dawes flagship but better than an average Schwinn.
It's value is in its condition, state of maintenance and rarity in the states.
The cool old used bike market is pretty flat and shows no signs of recovery.

Was the bike new in the early 1980s? The Double Blue was a pretty good bike in its time, but I am more familiar with the 1960s version.
Macstuff is correct that the market is pretty flat, so unless it is in very good condition the vintage bike market is not great in most parts of the US.
The market for parts is still pretty good, and a Double Blue is a good enough bike that it could have parts worth more than the bike as a whole.
