Cannondale
I have a Cannondale hybrid (?), early 80’s. Can’t make out serial number or figure out the model. Was asking $550 but it has some pitting and chips. Was offered $200. How low should I go?

Without the serial number, can't tell you much about the bike. Without a picture, we can't say much about its value
