I'm really interested in a Batavus Criterium that has been on Craigslist for about a month but I really don't know very much about this bike. From what I have been able to find, this was their entry-level racing bike? The seller converted it to a single-speed but has all the original components since I would be looking to restore it to original specs.

I think $290 is pretty high but any idea what a fair price would be?
