Most likely Keo since Delta is an old design.

Which model are the pedals?

There is a gallery on BF that you can upload it to and then tell us it's there. Or you can just write the URL to where ever else your pics are hosted in the plain text of your message and remove the https:// and put a space on either side of any . (dot)

No model number whatsoever on the pedal? I'm not familiar with Look or even SPD-SL. I've always been SPD. Someone else will be along soon.

You'll need the older Delta cleats for those.

You can use the LOOK Delta cleats or the cleats made by Wellgo (also sold/branded as Nashbar and Forte). Some say the LOOK cleats are higher quality. I use both and cannot tell any difference, Now I use the black cleats that lock out float for my knees and run Forte pedals. Perhaps with the red cleats and/or LOOK pedals there is a difference. If there is, that difference is small. Both work well.
