The bike has the "vibrant" (i.e. curly) chainstays and seatstays and crazy/ornate lugs, so the head badge is a bit redundant.

I lost this badge whilst repainting the bike. I was devastated. I looked for it for hours and hours but no luck. Six months later I was doing a deep clean and was about to tip one of many a scoopful of floor crap into the bin wherein I spotted the missing badge. I think I even shed a tear of joy.
