This may be too much pink for your bike.

I am sure my coater would do the masking for that, but I have put her through enough hell with my mousepads. Up to 24"x20", and masking off a 4mm thick and edge. And no holes to hang for easier even spraying.

Would much rather just stick to a solid color.

On a triathlon bike, bright colors are a great idea. It helps you locate your bike in the transition area.

On a traditional road bike with a quill stem and shifters on the downtube, I'd probably go in the opposite direction and go for a traditional look, perhaps with Elite Ciussi water bottle cages.

I think the pink is a little weird but that's just me. Plastic cages can be spray painted if you can't find a color you like.

There are a billion cages on the market, you should be able find what you want fairly easily; I too am partial towards Chris King cages, and they make titanium ones of course, I have stainless ones because the weight savings going to TI is meaningless but the money difference is not meaningless.

Not my color choices, but it looks very good, in a custom bike way.

I would go pink on the large chainring and seatpost (hard for me to say since I am a real silver component fan), to match the stem and spacers. To top it off, I would get Ti bottle cages to offset the added weight of the pink paint...

Actually, this paint is surprisingly light. When I had the frame done, it shaved 32 grams off the frame alone. It is a ceramic based polymer that is sprayed at 0.0005" to 0.001" thick.

That part about paint weight was just a pun. But seriously, I think the look you got is great. It the Cerakote on your bike the air or oven cure? I do know it is very scratch resistant, especially the oven cured coatings. I believe it is more durable than DuPont Imron, a 2 part epoxy paint that from personal experience lasted over 40 years on my old Fuji, and still looked wet and shiny when I sold it.

On their website CeraKote is now featuring bike coatings. I always wondered why they did not chase that market. https://www.cerakote.com/news/100/ro...m-gravel-bikes

Full pink would be too much. Maybe something like the Elite Vico would be about right:

It is the H series oven cure, even on the carbon fork. Carbon can be sprayed with H series with no issues. Just need to use a lower temp and a longer time. I believe the lowest temp suggestion from Cerakote is 150°F. I believe this temp brings the cure time up to 3 hours though.
I caught the pun. Just figured I would give the numbers that I found just out of curiosity.

King Cage Titanium would match your paint scheme.

OP, what brand & model are those cages you have affixed on the bicycle now? It looks like something that might suit my needs & I'd appreciate the info.

I think that would be to much of a vintage look for this bike. Nothing against it, just not the right style.

The one you showed is a rip off of the original made by Arundel called the Looney Bin, this cage can lock down any bottle, even smooth stainless steel bottles, and take that bottle over any terrain, even off road terrain, without ever worrying about the bottle being ejected. I have a pair of these on my front forks and liked them so much I'm ordering another pair for the frame. https://www.arundelbike.com/product/looney-bin/

Speaking of cages, I ordered a pair of 50 Strong cages made in the USA(?!) last year and they seem to be fine despite the incredible low price, see: https://www.amazon.com/50-Strong-Bic.../dp/B08HSC2F31 Bottles seem to fit a tad loose but none of the bottles remotely thought about coming out, and I was using heavy large plastic insulated bottles.

They very well could be a knockoff of the original. I just picked them up because I wanted to use a Bluetooth speaker and not have it rattle. And as I didn't have the speaker when I bought them, these fit great. And they were the only ones of this style in my LBS.
