This truck just sold at auction to an anonymous Saudi for $12 million. How are you 'posed to see the road?

Sad. It's probably a scenic ride. Let us know how Granada is. When I was there in '98 the older part of the city was REALLY noisy thanks to traffic. Lots of students on loud scooters/mopeds. I know they have implemented a restricted traffic area since then. IIRC, only residents and tourists may drive there.

This auction is somewhat historical, in the fact that it's the first time the cars were actually brought over to be seen in person. It also has an exemption for any car 25 years and older to be licensed, and street driven. One of the "cars" just happened to be a nitro burning Top Fuel Dragster. Oh to be a fly on the wall, or in the sand, as the case may be....

We had wind and snow overnight. Installed a new o-ring on the snowblower's carb bowl and I got through the driveway and sidewalks, but it's still going through periods of running rough and bogging a bit when moving lots of snow. What gives? Did I just do a **** job of cleaning the carb or should I check elsewhere?

A guy I know has a walk/run/ride thing every Thanksgiving morning. It's in a valley area along a pretty creek. Should be sheltered from the wind. When you get back to the start area there are hot drinks and warm, fresh sticky buns from a well know bakery in town waiting. I'll probably drive to the start (15 min. away) and do some walking.

Also, water is a problem with small engines. Drain the fuel completely. Put it in a glass jar and let it settle. Look at the bottom, it will look like a bubble if there's water in it.
The water settles to the bottom and gets sucked into the pick up, but it's to thick to be drawn into the small diameter holes in the carb. So it will settle in the bowl and fowl things up.

We are in Granada. We have a 2 BR apartment in the Albacín district which is very beautiful and on a hill near the Alhambra. There do seem to be a large number of tourists, but they seem quite civilized.
The apartment has a lovely patio with a fountain and orange trees, as well as a rooftop terrace/patio.
