Strida + Nexus/Sturmey-Archer gear hub?
Hello,
Searching the archives returned no hits.
Ouf of curiosity, has someone tried turning a single-speed Strida to a multi-speed with either a Shimano or Sturmey-Archer internal gear hub? I'd be curious to know how a Strida runs with a Nexus 8.
I didn't like the Sturmey-Archer three-speed bottom bracket that comes with the EVO model because of the backpedaling required to change gears.
Thank you.

Why?
Simply because most people noticed in time that it is impossible to use a two - side mounted gear hub on a single - side frame.
