can I swap 26 inch 1.75 and 2.00 tyres on two different rims please?
I have one bike with 44-559 26*1.75 tyre on the rear rim, and another bike with 50-559 26 X 2.0 tyre on the front rim, my question is , can I swap the two tyres on the two different rims please? Thanks

Yes, what matters is the 559 which is the rim/tire diameter and determines which tires fit which rims.
There's plenty of latitude about the width on any given rim, and those two are close enough to be considered interchangeable. You can find more info if you search "bicycle tire and rim widths" or a similar phrase.
One caveat. The wheel won't be an issue, but it's possible, though not likely, that there may be frame/fork clearance limitations that the wider tire exceeds.
