So, is there a new Mt Blue Sky climb?
If yes, no slight to cyclists.

Durn. Now I'll have to go ride it again so I can get a souvenir hat with the new name on it at the Echo Lake Lodge.

Still a great ride with spectacular vista's no matter what the name.

As long as they don't change the name of the Bob Cook Memorial Hill Climb, it's all good.

Echo lake Lodge is closed and no more. They did not renew the lease among other difficulties.

What do cyclist do now for a stopping place just before getting onto that last stretch. That was a good stop for water, snacks, food and even a last chance to use their wifi to make a phone call or text message if needed.

Good. May the ghosts of Sand Creek rest a little easier.

Not much of a reparation, but symbolic. Roll On.

I think I will schedule a dry run of the Bob Cook Memorial Hill Climb on Mt Blue Sky, on my e-un-bike.

I think I won the moral blind spot award in that thread. A life-long mental lapse.
