This is a Ladies Miyata 12 speed roadbike. The frame is lugged and constructed of steel. The frame size is 19 inches (50-51cm) and will fit riders 5'3 to 5'8 inches. This bike is equipped with aluminum 27X1 1/4 quick release wheels with new tires and tubes, aluminum 3 piece crankset, aluminum brakes with safety brake levers, racing style handlebars with grab on foam grips, aluminum pedals, shimano indexed stem shifters and derailleurs, ladies comfort seat and a kickstand. The bike is a dusty pink color with coordinating Miyata decals and in like new condition. There is no rust or dents and the paint and chrome is in excellent condition. The bike steers and brakes properly and the wheels are straight and spin freely. The person who purchases this bike will not be disappointed. The bike can be delivered in the Chicagoland area for a $10.00 delivery fee. E-mail or call Jack at 630-724-9287 with any questions or to request larger photos.

Did one of you go for this? I tried contacting the seller, but no response. My brother lives about 10 miles away and would snag it for me...

WOWOWOOWOWOWOOW

For a *split* second when I saw the horrible pics in the CL ad for my basso I thought it was one of those. That auction is going to close with a HUGE number.

[h=2]Klein Quantum 57cm - $350 (Quincy)[/h]

Date: 2012-12-12, 8:25PM EST
kzppj-3474620976@sale.craigslist.org[SUP][?][/SUP]

UP for sale is a Rare, very fast Klein Quantum. I believe this to be a 1989 as it has an Aero top mounted down tube shifter plate.
The Bike is currently equipped with the following components
Cinelli Campione Del Mondo Handlebars wraped in Brand new Cinelli american flag tape.
Aero Dura Ace Brake Levers w/out hoods. I believe these are model 7401.
Campagnalo Brev Int. Headset.
Klein Cromo Fork
Cinelli Quill Stem
Gipiemme Seat post, w/vinatge Avocet saddle
Brand new front and rear Ultegra brake cable and cable housing.
Shiamno 600 Tri-Color Double crank arms with 53/42 chain rings.
New chain with master link.
Brand new nylon intenal cable routing.
Shimano 600 Tri Color Brake Calipers.
Shimano 600 Tri-color Hubs with Mavic Open Pro rims.
Shimano 600 Tri-color Pedals
Shimano 105 Down tube shifters.
Suntour Superbe Pro RD
Vitorria Zaffiro 700x23 tires in Great condition. only about 100 miles on them.

One issue is that the bike does not currently have a FD. so you will need to add a 31.8 FD if you want to change between large and small chain rings.
I would say The paint is in very good condition with some nicks and touchups here and there but no rust as the frame is aluminum. No dents.

Please leave phone number when responding.
Thanks,

Tim

This might be something-

https://rochester.craigslist.org/bik/3464853591.html

Pretty sure that's the Team livery that looks like this:

**This is not a picture of the bike in the CL ad**

**This is not a picture of the bike in the CL Ad**

FWIW, I can facilitate this, but I can't swing the cash up front on this one.

Just guessing I'd say they're something like H+ son sl42 rims handbuilt with bladed spokes and destickered. At first I was going to guess shamal or zondas from campy but the DA stuff wouldn't work with that.

FWIW I found the picture via google.

Two things:

a) That fork is bent. Seriously this time.

b) That looks like a 62cm frame, so with that much seatpost showing: how freaking tall is the person that was riding that?

...except that Trek made 24" (61cm) and 25.5" (65cm) frames then, and nothing in between. Probably a 25.5.

[h=2]Raleigh Rampar 1980's - $75 (The Colony)

Date: 2012-12-06, 9:43AM CST
Reply to this post rbh5k-3420350951@sale.craigslist.org[SUP][?][/SUP]

Like new Raleigh Rampar 10speed bike from the 1980's. Garaged for over 25 years now. 17" Diameter tires and about 35" to top of seat from the ground. 21" from middle of peddle to top of seat.
Great bike to ride or just as a collectors bike. Asking $75.00.

There's potential there for 75 bones.

Fair enough, I just meant it was a very large frame and that usually means 62cm in my world. If it's a 25.5" frame that's even more impressive. I'll revise my statement to say:

b) That looks like a very large frame, so with that much seatpost showing: how freaking tall is the person that was riding that?

Pretty nice looking Raleigh frame, can anybody ID it? Maybe it's one of the custom SBDU frames? The lug windows seem to match, looks like pretty nice craftsmanship, unfortunately it's hard to see the fork crown and the brazing on the brake bridge. Minimal decals, just RALEIGH on the top tube, shows the bottom bracket / serial number area though.

This may be better than sex.

When I win the auction I'll have to get rid of that bar tape and saddle. Then I gotta get rid of the brake levers and cobalto. I think the gum hoods and cobaltos look really out of place.
