You should list all the gear you've got in the photo. What have you up/downgraded since the photo was taken?

i certainly should!!!! i hate it when i get slush in the gears, and then i am forced to use one gear. and if its too cold, the cables are frozen stiff.
i have snaped the original casette, all the balls spilt out. so i "upgraded" to a 7 speed cassette (from a 6).

this bike is a TANK. i am thinking of buying a used lighter bike. and also my rear tire is way outa true so i disabled my rear breaks.

well i am wearing a polyester tshirt below. then ontop of that i am wearing a MEC flece bike shirt.
the outer shell is a MEC SuperMicroft Cycling Jacket
here
for my legs i wear my regular bike shorts (pearl zumi) then i have a MEC tights which have a too small ancle radius.
here

for my face, i am just wearing a bellaclava (sp?) with a runners mask.

my gloves are those ninja turtle 3 fingure gloves.

edit:
my paniers are vaude World Tramp Plus II
here

i am also wearing shoe covers that work awsome to block wind to keep me warm and also works awsome in rain weather!

not experimental farm. i am infront of my house in Aylmer (gatineau)

no i havn't thought of duct taping my helmet, i haven't felt the need for it.. yet.

yes, i am running platform on my winterbike. i don't think a ccm is worthy of clipless.

yes ccm puts their label bikes, Canadian Tire special crappy tank bike. but what do you expect for 200$?
