hey, i lived in dekalb. i wasn't a student -- i was one of those five or so evacuees from katrina. never got into the cycling scene there (seemed dominated by roadies), but I been all over the bike paths and stuff. it's still summer down here in new orleans, but i can't imagine dekalb is much fun to ride in right now.
