how to fix a stuck tire in a woman byci model bertin world champion
i change the inner tubing in my wife byci after that the rear tire get stuck i don't know if i did something wrong thanks walther

Sounds like either the rear wheel wasn't reinstalled straight to the frame or the brake caliper was bumped to one side.

Perhaps some photos of the bike, and closeups of the wheel and gears. Go to the Advanced Editor, and click on the paper clip icon. Upload JPG images around 100 kb each.
Do you know if your bike has horizontal or vertical dropouts?
With horizontal dropouts, it is common to have the tire rub on the chainstays. To fix, simply loosen the hub bolts, and center the wheel (tension chain if needed), and retighten.
Another possible issue is messing with the hub cones. They should be adjusted so that without the wheel on the bike, the axle turns smootly, without play. If you tighten them down, then the wheel won't turn, and you could damage parts.
