Oh man, I hadn't even looked at the HR graph until you said that. I had my Garmin for turn notifications, but tried to ignore the numbers. When I did look it was basically "HR too high, power unsustainable, not enough speed."

Ordered an expensive MIPS helmet to replace the cracked one and will replace my beloved Gore vest, which got shredded, in International Fred Yellow. I think I can get through the rest of the season without replacing the tights. I will take my beautiful Ibex jacket to the Korean ladies to get the holes darned.
