This is a project that I'm never getting to... I know these have been slipping in value. Anyone know what it's worth now? (I live in a small market)

I paid $180 for an 89 a few years ago that was a little more beat up than yours.

This is a '91. Small size and small market hurt the value. If you pay to join BF, you can sell it here on the C&V sale forum. You likely won't get as much as on eBay but it's also less of a hassle.

This is one of the very best Japanese production racing bikes ever made. It has splined triple butted tubing. The lugs, the bottom bracket, and fork crown are investment cast. That is not a unicrown but an aerodynamic fully cast fork crown.

This frame is worth right around $250.

I'd go farther and say this is arguably the best C&V competition frameset for its era, from any mass volume manufacturer on the planet.

I agree. I was told at the time that the team miyata that was sold to the public was the same bike used by the pro teams by the miyata rep. I don't know for a fact if that's true but that's what I was told. I do know that this is the best racing frame I've ever ridden.
