Stopping CC (carbon fibre cable) rattle

I have a cyclocross bike so cables on top of TT.

I installed everything but there the cables rattle.

Of course I could pull everything apart and install donuts. But is there a faster solution?

Cut a donut, install on the cable, and super glue it onto the cable in the position you want it. I usually glue those things in place anyway just to keep them put even when i remember to install them correctly with the new cables. Glue on the exposed cable won't impede operation, and adhesive traces can be removed with acetone if needed.

You could put a strip of sticky-back hobby foam under the cables as sound deadening. I've used sticky-back hobby foam to stop housings from rubbing on the headtube/frame. It holds up pretty well, removes relatively easily. Comes in a ton of colors, also really cheap.
