Not really in the post, but under the Christmas tree... My lovely wife got me the Saferide light and the ratcheting wrench (for my Campy seatposts). My son got me the lighted magnetic wand and the dentist's mirror. The wand will come in handy for those dropped bearings and nuts in the shop.

You're gonna love that magnetic wand. I use mine often. They also come in handy removing bearings. The magnetic field carries from one ball to the next, so you can stick the magnetic wand into a BB or hub shell, and pull out the balls in bunches.

I was looking at them a couple years back before I picked up a Superfly. When i finally got the Superfly, I was too paranoid about cracking it and sold it to buy a titanium Lynskey. They had good reviews by some members on mtbr. lets us know how it rides.

Ha...yes, I could've used something like that a couple nights ago. Trying to place ball bearings into the greased race in the bottom bracket, but for some stupid reason they kept winding up getting lodged in the seat tube. I managed to get them shaken out, but jeez, I was getting annoyed.

Technically it came in the post yesterday, but I didn't get it unpacked until today. A 1946 Hobbs of Barbican Raceweight frame courtesy of Hilary Stone. Hopefully she will be up and running by the summer as a flip-flop single speed and fixed gear.

Simple long sleeve Jersey.
Not much significance for most folks, but I picked it up for several reasons:
1-Note the R sleeve. All the branches of the military
2-Note the logo-Wounded Warriors
3-A BF member (Quotient) made a similar trip on an '86 Ironman.
4-9.99 + 5.99 shipping.
5-It fits.

I caught that, will have to send a squad to correct their perceptions.... Checked it out further today, it's new with tags, lined, and the sleeves zip off, making it a nice wind vest as well. Same seller has a few more at 9.99, but no more XL's, just XS, S, M, L, XXL....
