Is there a home on C&V for vintage brochure scans?
This operation manual came with a set of downtube shifters - is there a home for it here on C&V?
Can anyone spot the printing/labeling error?

Sure, why not? You got a prob lem with that? Some times we want to have a lit tle air, or ex tra space in be tween our words.
Even years after these instructions were produced, Japan marketing was still using X-acto knives and some kinda paste to literally cut-and-paste these things together. English-language writing and proofreading skills were somewhat lacking, and making corrections was a major pain in the neck, 'cause you'd have to break out the X-acto blades and paste again.

is it where the "mounting dolt" text is pointing to a bolt instead of the goof mounting the derailleur?
Kinda fun to review this stuff, especially things like the guide to how long the chain should be. This must be why I refuse to follow the modern practice of wrapping the chain around the big-big combination and add two links... or whatever the process is.
Steve in Peoria (not as much of a dolt as I used to be)

I've just found the copy for my next custom t-shirt: Mounting Dolt
Thanks, Steve!
Thanks, Steve!

Steve in Peoria found the Mounting Dolt, but there's another one (or two depending on how you count).
On the F. der., the Chain Roller is called out as being the Clamp Screw, and the actual Clamp Screw is called out as being the Chain Roller.
Haha, I feel so superior to them right now, because I never mate miskakes like that.
