The setup is bunk but that frame could be something vintage and pretty cool.

I didn't notice that. I would guess it's probably because it's just two front wheels, not a rear wheel.

Well, how else are you going to barspin with a 700c wheel? It is easier to just ruin a fork than have to buy a 650c arro$pok.
