I'm back

A year older and in worse health,

Headed out shortly for a 10-15 mile ride.

Got t o ride my age before next birthday (65 in March)

I have often regretted not going when I could have!

NICE HAT Yup, aging has a way of making things more difficult as time goes by but one just has to compensate and do the best. Keep on cranking instead of rocking the chair.
