Headset Seal Replacements?

It's a Trek 1500 SLR from 2005 - the headset bearings seem to be ok, but the plastic seals need replacing. The top seal is split, and just sorta hangs in there while the bottom seal is somewhat loose (maybe over time it expanded?). Any suggestions on finding something to replace the seals?

I expect those seals to be impossible to find but someone here might know. Lizard Skins make makes various colored neoprene headset protectors for this purpose. I have only seen them on MTBs but they might work for you.

Look around at a Hardware or Lowes/Home Depot for suitable size O-rings.

BITD, we just used a piece of an old inner tube stretched over the cups for that purpose.

Take it to your local Trek dealer and they may have some spares or can order some or contact Trek directly. A long shot they have the parts but easy enough to find out and it will be a perfect fit.
