Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I'm not used to the drop of the nitto rb-021. Angling them up to make it a little more comfy..

Yeah the big sell for me was the drop. You should try some 002's or 018's if you wanted to keep with the Nitto pursuit bars.

Threw this lady together to get around campus for the semester. About a month ago I hit something in the street on a night ride, and flipped the bike with myself on it. Bent the fork a little, but the worst part was the 30+ other riders asking if I was okay... hah.

Just a few scratches on me and a broken spoke in the front rim; I'm really lucky for how far I flew/skidded on my back (I was going pretty fast and didn't see it coming at all). Unfortunately the sticker just says Double Butted Chromoly, but I love every bit of it. Some dude at my school has this bike still in road form with the same exact factory paint, and I lock up next to it any time I see it.
