25mm Vittoria Corsa EVO CX II on a 2012 Cervelo R3 team
is anyone running this combo or 25mm tires and having any clearance issues ?

I may be wrong but I believe that's what Garmin-Cervelo team ran on their R3 bikes for the cobbled spring classics so you should be ok.

I'm seeing quite a bit of conflicting info.... some can run the 25's no problem and others have issues with rubbing especially in the front.
I was pretty sure they used R3's last year and the R5 this year but I might be wrong

Garmin use special frames for Roubaix, with longer forks for tire clearance.
Keep in mind that different "25mm" tires will have different actual sizes, sometimes by quite a bit.
