6229 miles on the bike, including trainer mileage (time). I have no idea how much "time" was on the trainer. I could probably figure it out, just don't feel like it.
of course all of that was over 20 mph, and at least cranking out 300 watts

5300 miles on the bike
75 miles on the shoes (but probably a bit more if I include soccer).
A good year. Next year I need to spend more time on strength, though. Getting older and all that.

Chases Dogs for Sport
It has been a very bad year for injuries.
About 6,000 miles on the bike. About 200 miles running.
2012 is going to be far worse. The first half is expected to consist of rehab after my dog attack.

9,504 miles on the bike in 499 hours 48 mins according to my garmin. Going to break 10k in 2012 no doubt.
Raced 4 times in 2011, not exactly a huge amount of races, but got two podiums out of the four, so it was a successful campaign.

4950 on the bike and 2250 running. Probably will have a hard time ever beating this December mileage for the midwest. No snow and did 180 miles on the bike this week including 50 today.

7,559 miles on the bike, all on the road.
Not quite as much as last year, but more than I thought I'd have when I looked at my stats a couple months ago; this unseasonably warm winter has been awesome!

Rode 4960 road miles. If the weather was better I'd go out and knock off those last 40 to make it a round 5000 for the year (I need to HTFU). I'm doing a club ride tomorrow morning (Jan 1) to kick the new year off.
