Any new mid drive systems of note?

I keep looking at getting a Bafang Ultra to modify a steel hardtail mountain bike frame I have. Luna doesn't seem to be stocking them right now. I see that there are usually some 6000-series STePs motors on ebay at about the same price. I have the part needed to mount one of those. Bafang has some new motors since the last time I looked, but the main difference is one for road bikes, which probably isn't the way I want to go.

A cursory search didn't reveal anything too interesting from Eurobike. Lots of new bikes, but I don't really want to spend that much.

This one looks amazing, but then again so does the $3,000 pricetag...

I am impressed with the Revel Propulsion (see thread). However, seems like many companies are entering this market either as DIY additions or OEM.
I must be missing something, but what else is there other than a DYI addition or an OEM?

The 6 motors featured in the above article are all OEM designs, the Italian Bianchi Central Motor Unit is I think that company's first in-house design. Bianchi's Lif-E line of ebikes announced this year are all over the place with 17 models, at least 4 different mid-drive, and 2 geared hub, motor systems, and the Bianchi mid-drive is on their T-Tronik e-MTB and Long Island step-through city bike. Of the other 5 motors described in the article, the French Kervelo Quartz system is an interesting design with the motor in the downtube connected to a 4, 6, or 12 speed planetary gearbox in the bottom bracket, making a lightweight (<9lb) mid-drive for a clean looking bike.

For a DIY mid-drive I also like the look of the Revel, good to have another 36v kit motor to compete with the TSDZ2
