Hmmm.... 650B wheels are pretty close to the same diameter. How much a hole do you want to blow in your bank account?

I bet you would be fine with fenders made for 650b wheels. Your Raleigh Sports has wheels called "26" but the ETRTO is 590. 650b ETRTO is 584. They are so close I have changed between the two on bikes with cantilever brakes.

Velo Orange sells cheaper fenders for 650b. Or you can go on French Ebay and get some old Lefol fenders. Lots of options cheaper than those Honjos!

I put Velo-Orange fenders on my wife's 650B conversion. Not cheap, but not as dear as the Honjos Jeff mentioned. For a 650A (590mm) wheel, I'd probably go with the 700C size, to ensure adequate clearance.
