I'm interested as well, and following along. The guys from Woho are well cool, so I'd check out the shops that sell their stuff in Taiwan: Where to buy – WOHO BIKE ADVENTURE & BIKEPACKING They used to invite guys from overseas to ride with them near Taichung if they were in the neighborhood, and I know people who rode with some of the guys associated with the brand. There's a welcoming community of cyclists there in Taiwan.

I’m also interested as well, particularly for having a minivelo fetish! No pending plans to travel there, unfortunately.

I was recently in Taiwan and saw lots of serious cyclists on nice road bikes so there must be some good shops there. Giant Bicycles, the world's largest bicycle manufacurer, is based in Taichung City, Taiwan. Always thought it'd be cool to take a tour if their production facilities if that's even possible.

Are you looking for tour rentals? I believe that Giant has an extensive rental network in Taiwan, with Fastroads and Toughroads, maybe Roams?
