+1 . Ergon integrates bar-end and grip to work together .
Phorm is a lower cost ergo grip from the same company .

I have the locking Ergon style, but in leather, on a straight bar MTB. Luv'em, and everyone who rides the bike feels the same way. There are a bunch of different styles on eBay in leather.
That Ergon shape is a winner.

Another good choice is Portuguese cork from Riverdell. A few coats of (amber) shellac and they'll be a bit more showy than the high quality leather grips but still not gaudy.

I'd say Ergon first but for what you want to do any BMX grip of quality will do nicely.

ODI Lockons are really nice grips. The Vans ones are kinda new, so maybe different? I'd probably go Gum Rubber with black clamps.

Ever try ESI grips? I just put extra-chunky ESI's on Jones bars, I'm impressed. They are simple, but the firm foam compresses over distance and evenly supports pressure points...pretty good. I like the bigger diameter too.

Oury's are plump & cushiony. Well, to my small hands anyway.

Do you have Big hands? Small hands? Do you ride with Gloves? No gloves? Padded gloves? You say you want grips for jumping and mountain biking, are you looking for a Lock on? Do you care about the Color?
There's a reason there are so many grips on the market...
