Today's ride in the dirt video

I know some of the hardcore MTB'ers don't like fireroads but dang, they are some good exercisin'!

S'posed to rain today, it did but 2 minutes after I got back home... I did it, I beat the rain!

Wow, your fire roads are way different then ours in the midwest. Here if you hold your arms out you can slap the trees.

Fred, you ride more just in the filming then many of us on do on our whole ride

Nice Vid. Thanks for that. The hum was cool.

Thanks! I think the roads you describe woud be cool to ride. There are a few single track courses that I've done but not quite different enough to make me drive 60 miles vs the 5 miles I drive to the local fireroads.

Then there is the "I'm not a scenic person" factor. If there were trees near me, I wouldn't know unless I hit one!... I can ride in the mtns, the mup, the road, the dirt, and it's all the same to me. I could be in Hawaii or on the beach in Huntington where we hang out, its all just sand and water to me!

Another MTB partner gets frustrated cause I have no desire to drive 150 miles to see pretty scenery on the bike, but that's just me.

It works for me, keeps my wife purty!
