Reynolds Assaults - 11sp or no?
Are the last generation (I am guessing 2012) Assaults 11 speed compatible or no? Can't seem to find any info searching or on Reynolds site

2013 model of Assault is 11 speed
The latest model of the Assault is 11 speed, but I think they are known as the 2013, not 2012 model. You can identify the 2013 model by the different rear hub Reynolds now uses which take a straight spoke as opposed to previous rear hub which was j bend spoke. The more recent model also has different decal set, less of the white graphics than before. They also come with spacer (1.8mm I think) so you can also run them with the 10 speed cassette. I bought a set - nice and true, seems pretty solid, and seems to spin well.

If you don't have the wheels, and you're asking because you found a deal somewhere, they're clearance 2012s and won't take 11-speed.

I've had the wheels for a year, building a new bike and trying to chose the groupset. Is there a conversion kit?

Whey don't you email Reynolds and ask them if it is 11-speed compatible or if there is a conversion kit? They are pretty responsive to customer questions.
DT Swiss makes a conversion kit, and Reynolds uses DT hubs on its higher end wheels, but not the Assults. Still, I believe a lot of the conversion kits require re-dishing the wheel.
Worst case scenario, you can buy an inexpensive rear hub - bikehubstore.com seems to get good reviews - and have the wheels rebuilt. You may be able to reuse the spokes, or you may need new ones.

Yeah, I just called them. They do have a hub conversion kit, part #s 21236 for end cap and 21154 for freehub body. No re-dishing required.
