Very cool. Build a single chainring multi-speed... 1x5? 1x6?
Clamp bolt is not assumed to be original, but otherwise this uncommon component is in good overall condition, and exhibits affirmative ratcheting action.

What size tube does that fit? It looks smaller than 1⅛" (28.6 mm) but what do I know....
