Cheap tubular wheels
Hi everyone,
I looking for some cheap tubular wheels. Must be under $400, but I would like closer to $2-300. They need to be new. I'm having a hard time finding them for that price. They don't have to be great or even light. I'm just trying to try out tubulars for myself and see if I want to go that route. Thanks!
Adam

some formula hubs and spokes and nipples
and a local wheelbuilder
should work out to just over $300.

these are the only non-aero tubular track wheels anyone should be buying new.
Tubulars are a ***** to deal with though.
