Don't see anywhere else to post this question. Why do some pictures (mine included) come in as thumbnails that have to be enlarged in a separate window when others come in full size? Any help would be appreciated.

The full size photos are posted by linking to the url of a photo on a website. Many of us upload our photos to online photo storage sites like Photobucket, Flickr and others.

What BluesDawg said. There is a limit to how big a pic you can upload from your computer to the forum; so if you want to post a bigger one, simply get a free account at a photo-storage site and link from there using the 'insert image' icon.

Okay. Have used Photobucket before but need to be retrained. Is the "insert image" icon on this forum. Guess it is. Will try a test:

What causes "Little red X syndrome?" or LRXS . . .
[/IMG]This is test
This is a test, but I failed, just got a little red x.
Ooops, failed again.
This is from your photo album, I believe
Right you are! That is the photo I was using as my test case. Good to see you got rid of the LRxS!
So do you know what I was doing wrong? Obviously you did it right!
Oh, the photo, yes that's my brother's bike when I was about half way done fixing it. Backdrop is my back porch "bike shop."
