I was messing around in my garage and found this little pouch for my laser level while changing a tube on my wife's bike and noticed they are the same size. Perfect for preventing punctures while storing a tube for long periods of time in a saddle bag. It fits a 23-25 tube like it was made for it.

find the logo on the hub. make it sure faces your direction when you're mounted on the bike. starting 3 holes over from the center of the logo, drop a spoke in that hole. now, find the valve hole on the rim. make sure the rim logo is readable from the drive side of the bicycle. place the spoke into the hole to the immediate left of the valve hole. attach a nipple to the spoke leaving a few threads on the spoke exposed. working toward the left, skip a hole on the hub and drop a spoke into that hole on the flange. now, skipping 3 holes in the rim (to the left of the first spoke you placed in) feed that spoke into the hole and attach a nipple. continue that process until that side of the flange is complete. once you complete that side, pick any spoke you've already laced...yadda yadda yadda if you need anymore help pm me. beers are great right now.

I don't think it would work very well on seatpost - has a crease down the center for stiffness but is pretty long so still kind of flexible. Running it thru seatstay/bridge triangle keeps it "folded" along the crease to make it rigid. As much as I like my Musguard, this may be its one drawback...
