Vintage Lygie Road Bike - $450

Looks all original (but the handlebars could be 1970s aftermarket). 50-52cm, early 1970s by the owner's guess. Newport Beach, CA.

Vintage Schwinn Cimarron Mountain bike, recently tuned, new cables, tires. Above average condition considering age. Thanks for looking.
I've got a Cimarron, same paint scheme, 1 - 2 years newer than this one. I picked it up at a swap about 5 years ago. It is my favorite all-around bike. Wonderful ride, great platform to work from, though I've basically left mine stock. I use it to pull the kid on the trail-behind, but also for various adventures on the backroads and trails. If you are nearby, I would say this is easily worth the $150 asking price given the condition.

What a wonderful, beautiful thing! I think it belongs in a museum, but maybe they have a bunch of these over there...? This is the kind of bicycle I try to replicate with some of my builds. Not necessarily the same hardware, but certainly the same design ethic. If I were to buy it, I would hang it from the wall in my shop for inspiration. Thanks for posting this, crank_addict!

When I saw this I thought immediately of the aesthetic presented by most of your bikes. This one is so cool, and the price seems low compared to other "constructeur" bikes, particularly that $6000 opening-bid Dujardin camping bike. I personally like the details of this one better

Beautiful bike. Perfect for the next gravel ride with those 650b wheels? Or maybe be the cool kid a the Dairyland Dare with the oldest bike to show up at the starting line? This sounds like something iab might do but it's not Italian so there's that.

^^^^ The Blackburns and panniers make this a pretty good deal. Nice build with the barcons and aeros, exactly what someone would do with an '83 sport tourer in, say, '87.

Someone had a 1993 55cm XO-4 brand new in box here in ATL for $300 and it's still listed over here.

On a totally different subject, in 2 hours, it looks like this Follis on-base at Dover in DE will go for $65 if someone actually bids: https://www.ebay.com/itm/143530659598?ul_noapp=true

Granted, this would only be a good deal if local pickup were an option. @crank_addict has one he's working on over here, it's quite similar (I think his may be a 172, though, his is definitely a bit better)

$65 local sale, yeah that would be a fun bike to turn into a town bike. The seller gets points for figuring out the model.

Note the kickstand clamp damage to the chainstays. May be a turnoff for some folks.
