Keyed off the Campagnolo... the hubs, the derailleurs...
Things happen when one only does the minimum of referencing.

Gotta love those positive feedback braking setups... especially when the rider's centre of gravity is high

I think we’re two decimal points off here. No, maybe three.

I had that same exact bike back in the 70s that I bought new. It had Campy Valentino derailleurs, really crappy. That bike looks all original, including the tires. My guess is the stem was loose and it wasn't really ridden that way, but I do remember people turning up their bars at weird angles. It was a style in NYC at the time.

I would consider it if the decimal point moved just one over to the left, but then there's shipping so two points would clinch the deal for me.

Maybe $25.00. This bike had horrible parts when it was brand new. Lousy derailleurs, cottered crank, lousy brakes. Save me , please.

Even a finger in the edge of the frame on the MAIN photo -- do these guys go out of their way to check as many WW check-boxes as possible?

Well at least the cable routing with this bike's handlebar configuration seems much improved over stock.

The improved braking has to be worth something.

And not to forget, they don't make them like this any more.
